Biochemistry Lab Weekly App
Each lab now works like a live course packet: background, protocol, data sheets, analysis space, and TA-controlled pre-lab quizzes all in one place.
Instructor / TA Portal
Enter the TA PIN to sign in to the instructor portal.
Ask the course owner for the TA PIN if you don't have it.
Attendance, quiz average, and post-lab average per student — auto-updated.
Edit the pre-lab quiz questions for any week without touching code. Changes apply to future attempts; reset restores the built-in questions.
Weighted final grades, at-risk students, per-lab completion, and per-question quiz difficulty. Set the component weights below; finals renormalize per student over the data they have.
Click a cell to cycle Present → Absent → Late → Excused → (clear) for each lab week.
Read a student's post-lab answers and record a score with feedback they can see.
Uploaded Week 4 & Week 10 reports, with the AI coverage score. Download to grade; the AI score is a study aid, not the final grade.
Post announcements and answer student questions. You can pin announcements and remove any post.
Set each week's lab date and due date. Students see them on lab cards and in a "What's due" banner; the "Who's behind" list flags overdue students.
Download a full record of this term, then reset for a new term. Reset removes all student accounts and their data (records, quiz attempts, attendance, grades, reports, safety sign-offs, board posts, schedule dates) but keeps your course content, grade weights, and any custom quiz questions.
Save a JSON copy of the roster, quiz attempts, attendance, and grades before you reset. The server also auto-saves a full database snapshot at reset time.
This permanently deletes all student accounts and data. It cannot be undone from the app (a safety snapshot is saved on the server). Type RESET ALL STUDENT DATA below to enable the button.
